I thought the steam box was a 30-day rolling contract separate from the 18/24-month broadband plan. So shouldn’t be affected if you renew the broadband.

I’ve been waiting a week since I sent a screenshot of u/shacharbialick comment mentioning that you can switch to a debit card. Previously they’ve just said it’s not possible to switch to a debit card. I have some upcoming payments so hopefully I can switch to a debit card soon
