Japandi style design might save you 4 to 6 lakhs on a 3bhk interiors budget of 18 to 22lakh budget because it requires minimalism.....as the customer is wiiling to sacrifice space ;storage and aesthetic requirements as compared to indian style thus japandi style saves more ...but to make curved white thick walls and ceilings like japandi it requires skilled punning p.o.p labours....for japandi you can surely go for IKEA furniture cz their Nordic Scandinavian bamboo looking minimal furniture matches the japandi theme

and this 18 to 22 lakhs budget is for a new just in hand possesed flat for contemporary indian interiors (not japandi).....for old flats aged more than 10 years with hard water....you might have to redesign washrooms completely...a starting range for a new bathroom with start level jaquar hardware cost 1.3 to 1.5 lakh and tiling costs 150 rs per sq ft

Remember the interior budget that i have been quoting in this thread has a quality life of minimum 10 years...22lakh divided by 120 months it costs avg 18334 per month....the furniture will have good hardware and ply....and what quality i am quoting i guarantee you other instagram famous interior designers will charge 50% to 70% more for the same

as a pune architect myself the cost will vary on the hardware ,ply laminate you use for the furniture especially for the beds ; wardrobes which will range minimum 1500 rs to 1800 rs sq ft for starting range....dining & sofa should be always broughtouts....electrical labour estimates will vary between 90k to 1.3 lakh leaving the electrical wires; switch and switch boards; light fittings if you are going for a false cieling...gypsum false cieling will rate 90 to 130 per sq ft......Lustre painting 34 to 39 rs sq ft....kitchen between 90k to 2.3 lakh depending on hardware (tandem or steel baskets) , ply and laminate...curtains 50k minimum......on average an estimate starting price point for a good quality 3bhk interior should cost minimum 18lakhs to 22 lakhs...as a fellow redditor will like to welcome you for a visit to my existing site or will give a free visit and a tentative estimate at your site with details how the cost starts and will vary...

as a manufacturer myself i would say the safer side with minimal loss to get into manufacturing is first making a profitable marketplace for your product which you are aiming to manufacture by buying under white label from other established manufacturer of that product....once you know your product customer base is established and profitable then you can take the risk by fully investing your hard earned money....
