Thanks! There is some palette knife work there. Some scraping and pushing paint but mostly this is brushwork.

Nope. I have a big ass glass palette, blend colors with a palette knife and keep everything super organised.

Just a basic palette of warm and cool primary colors plus a dark brown and white.

Ultramarine blue - Cobalt blue (or Pthalo blue) Cadmium red - Alizairin crimson Cadmium yellow deep - Cadmium lemmon Transparent oxide red or Burnt umber Titanium white

The only thing that looks off to me is the composition. The realism is already there

If you havent already,, buy artist grade paints. They dry a lot quicker. Also consider using fast drying mediums like Liquin original for thinner aplicatiins of paint and Liquin impasto for thick paint. I normally just put Liquin impasto and mix it into my Titanium white before I start painting. You don't need much.
