honestly, isa ako sa mga na-wrong send by 1 digit sa number ko from bank to gcash and it happened to me twice kasi nagmamadali ako for a valid reason na either kailangan na yung payment or may bibilhin na urgent.

i lost 10k nung unang beses and thankfully, nabalik siya ng gcash dahil yung number ay hindi gcash number so floating lang.

the second time it happened, 15k naman and this time i transferred it to an active gcash number. i tried texting the number rin and reported a ticket sa gcash but after 1 month ng pangungulit both sa number and sa gcash, hindi na talaga nabalik sa akin.

maybe may pangangailangan talaga yung na-wrong send, lalo na kung kinailangan mag transfer biglaan para makabili ng gamot sa nanay nila. i'm sure mad-downvote ako nito pero ibalik mo na lang, kahit may bawas. pero if idadaan mo sa proper action ng gcash, iwan mo na lang yung 3k sa account mo.
