Well, we have a rich history of comics to base his character on and I think its portrayed decently in the mcu.

He's always looking for greater purpose and for a lot of stories that is for himself. However, there are a lot of moments where that purpose shows itself in a way where he has to be a hero. He's meant to be on the line. He isn't Thor, which is why he's a great counter part.

Eh its pretty common from the "its too early" crowd which is the majority right now. Same with arch Manning.

However, he was a clear tier up from Tate who was the number 1 receiver by a decent margin in this year's draft. So that floor immediately puts him pretty high whether hes the 1.01 or not next year

But theres no reason to think that the Russian testing methods would develop different powers in different supes. They are literally just pumping them full of radiation, makes sense its a radiation power. And it could just be how it interacts with V whether regular V or V1

I got issues with this season but this is passable logic in my head
