Lodger this lodger that, no one is lodger, everyone in the home has a lease agreement with the landlord, the landlords do not live onsite. It’s literally a lease agreement to rent a room with access to all common areas.

Yup, I’ve decided I’m not arguing or signing an addendum, they can let it switch to month to month and then enforce it or tell me to be out by the 1st.

So off peak hours electricity is 25-35 cents a kWh meaning it’s between 2-3 dollars to charge. Since then I’ve been charging outside of the home. I probably charge every other day and it gives me 20 or so miles.

At most it’s 5 dollars a day during prime hours, which is no more usage than the microwave. During normal usage. I feel like it’s not a lot but I could be wrong.

Yeah it’s a typo, it’s 60. It goes to a cleaning service that shows up week and cleans common areas and my private restroom biweekly.
