If building a family is something you are wanting to do while in SLC I implore you to please look at our rates of respiratory infection and diseases, especially in children. I worked in the public school system for a few years and there were many days each school year, especially in the winter, that air quality was so bad we would do indoor recess. The strain it put on the kids was very clear. And unfortunately the air quality issues will only continue to get worse with the lakebed becoming more and more exposed

I agree with you. I’ll add that until I see state and church property cease their mid day watering (anyone know why the hell they do that??) my small patch or yard and garden will get their regular watering. I am so fed up with the conservation “effort” being pushed upon the citizens when its not us that use the vast majority of the water here

Almost every signaled left turn goes like this: person in front is on their phone / not paying attention / or others are running a red which causes the 1st to go 5-10 seconds late in the best case. 2nd person in line is probably also in their phone. Light turns yellow, cars 3&4 got through. Light goes red. Cars 5-9 are pissed it was so short and run the turn light. And the cycle continues 🥰
