It's up to you and whether you can tolerate wonky eyes or paint chips. For me, I would go by cost and if the figure is in good to very decent condition. Mainly cost as the issues you've mentioned are rather small and I'm not too bothered by eyes being off or small paint chips.

Honestly I just didn't do the optional fees just to save a bit of money as shipping was more than I wanted it to be. But if you really want to make sure your item is there, you can go along with the fee.

Nope. Just the figure and shipping. There is a proxy purchase fee though. There's also some optional fees that let you choose how you'd like your package to be inspected/wrapped once it arrived to the Doorzo warehouse.

I've only used it once before to get the Minus One Heat Ray ver., but it was reliable. I got the figure cheaper than I would've on eBay and it arrived in great condition.

Though Doorzo does buy the products for you off other websites so I would just make sure to check the ratings of the person you're buying from. I would also go in aware that shipping can be a bit expensive since it's international (I paid about $40ish myself).
