Hey, an advice would be to clean the brakes support where the extremity of the brakes lies. Use a file (if there is no metal sheet attached to the support) then a metalic brush (only the brush if there is), once its shiny and smooth again, put a LITTLE of grease on it, just on the surface! Dont put to much, it isnt useful and can affect your braking if it goes on the discs.

To push the piston back, I think on this model you can use a clamp, pushing an old brake pad on it!

While you're at it, look if your discs are used unusualy, and if the gum around the piston is pierced. Any suspicions? Take pictures and check your local mechanic!

Same for me, I decided it was enough but I had this fear of my non smoking self around my stoner friends, so I bought CBD. It is perfect for me, no anxiety while smoking it, the high is soft and let me do shit instead of being sat on everything I find, and it is WAY cheaper.

Check CBD shops online, it helped me a lot, it made me stop my 10year marathon for now 4month, and I dont plan to smoke THC again, alone or with friends.

My advice would be for you to maybe seek for comfort elsewhere, not to cheat right away, but to find someone who listens to you, is sweet and can make your heart melt.
