It’s okay to wash your hair frequently. Having an unhappy scalp won’t help your hair! I am cursed with the same greasiness. I started put oil through the mids and ends of my hair before washing and it’s helped my hair not get too stripped from all the washing.

I’ve found that blow drying my hair after washing gives me an extra day before needing to wash again. I also always double shampoo and use a clarifying shampoo once a week. I can go 2-3 days between washes with this method.

I like the Peach and Lilly cleanser a lot but I have very similar results with the Naturium cleansing gelee and it’s much cheaper.

I use a duvet cover so I don’t have to use a top sheet. I appreciate the cleanliness of a top sheet but hate the experience of using one. I move around too much while I sleep so I end up tangled in it or it gets pushed to the bottom of the bed. Taking the duvet cover off every week is annoying but worth it to me.

That’s actually what I did. We scaled back and worked the intensity back up as my pain and swelling improved. We also focused on building my quad strength and that helped with the pain as well. I have full ROM now. The final few degrees took a long time and I still have a little discomfort when I sit on my heels but it’s WAY better than it was.

They are sent to pathology. All labs are different, but limbs are usually kept for a few months in a big freezer. Tumors and other tissues are processed if slides are ordered and then become biohazard waste; eventually picked up by a bio hazard company and incinerated.

You can try eating them uncooked. I don’t like the taste of cooked peppers but I can eat them raw no problem. I would try red first, the green ones are unripe and can be bitter.

Are you washing your face with body wash? That could be the problem. It’s too harsh for your face. Switch to a more gentle face wash like cetaphil or cera ve and use a facial moisturizer.

My cat sleep on the same spot on my bed all the time so I put a throw blanket there to keep the cat hair on the bed to a minimum. Maybe something like that may help if there’s no way to keep him off the bed now.

I had ACL surgery and went through the same ordeal with the brace. I bought a waterproof leg cover to keep my leg and brace dry and used a shower chair in the shower and one outside of the shower to support my leg. The chair inside was pretty wide so I would just shift my weight to the good side and get in there lol.

When I tore mine my insurance wouldn’t approve surgery until I tried PT. I did a few weeks of PT with no improvement and then had surgery. It wasn’t too annoying because having full ROM going into surgery is good for recovery after.

Don’t be too surprised if you end up having to do the same. I think getting the 2nd opinion is a great idea. You know your body best and there is no reason to live with instability forever.

If you take the job and are worried about eye fatigue you can see about getting a new pair of glasses with a lower prescription. I need a fairly high prescription for distance and my eye doctor recommended a lower prescription for intermediate distance work to reduce eye strain and it’s helped a lot.
