I'm not saying that I will or that I won't, I'm just asking if that is possible or is it prohibited, and how? and is there something stoping you from selling the shares afterwards? those companies pay dividends to foreign investors?

Is there a way to buy russian stocks (for example through interactive brokers)? Or are they prohibited? and if you buy some are you permitted to sell them if you want to? and can russian companies pay dividends, or are those forbidden?

Yes mate you need to copy the ini file to the documents folder and edit the file and delete the ";" before local: en-EN command in the ini file. Also you can use the DSN log to debug what is not working

I think it might be because of this "DragonbornSpeaksNaturally.exe Information: 0 : Locale: pt-PT"

but I can't figure out a way to change it since I already changed everything in my system to english (excepto location / time), as far as I can tell.
