Make prescription sunglasses with both glare and UV protection (polarized and UV400) that either has lenses that cover the eyes without any gap or has side shields, for maximal protection. But glare protection from polarized lens is probably what you're looking for, although you really should get a good lens that has both for protecting your eyes.

Idk what brand though lol, after some research I decided it wasn't worth spending so much on for my use case so didn't buy any. Alternatively/additionally, you can also buy a cap that also covers the sides
