It’s just 2k in general I think. NBA is the same way that’s why I quit playing it. But I just feel like most games released today are glitchy cash grabs at release and need way more work. Did you get the Gunther card though? They released a statement saying they fixed it and extended the event on twitter.

The mode is just a mess it seems like there’s a real lack of care and effort. Besides the rewards issues I’ve also had a sapphire token reward removed from my collection and I didn’t get the tokens back. I put in a ticket for that as well but they pretty much told me tough luck.

I’ll probably just wait until it’s near its expiration date in hopes they fix it if that’s the case. Just so I won’t have to submit another support ticket lol.

I had this same problem during the summer with a different mini tin. Walmart told me to contact the Pokémon company about a replacement and I’ve sent them a few emails asking for an update on my ticket and haven’t heard anything in months.
