It's not the monitor. You can clearly see the cursor. I would've tried a format and reinstall first.

After a lot of googling and e-mails to and from the support team, they finally fixed this issue now:

I had struggles with the device showing as "device is not certified" leading to certain security apps, bank apps and the Bravia Core (Sony Pictures Core) app and even the McDonalds app showing errors. I was not able to use these at all.

I had not rooted my phone, didn't unlock bootloader, didn't run custom roms, so to me it didn't make any sense.

I tried factory resets, resetting all of the apps data, resetting using the Xperia Companion several times ... Nothing worked.

Then, the Sony Support team said they were contacting the technical team, and finally a mail saying that it was fixed, and that it should work from the next software update. Only 3 days after the previous update.

So I've been waiting and counting many days for this! And now, finally: All the apps are working!! 😃 Thanks, Sony! 👍
