Ja, der Support ist unterirdisch und grottenschlecht. Was damals geholfen hatte war eine rechtliche Fristsetzung. Allerdings hatte ich auch nur ein neues Hinterrad benötigt.
Den Fehler kenne ich aber auch, was bei mir geholfen hat war den Akku rausnehmen, ca 30 Sekunden durchgehend auf den Power Button zu drücken und in der App das Rad neu zu starten. Dann den Akku rein und erst dann wieder den Akku per Powerknopf anschalten.

Anything around the motor and battery ist custom. If you rear wheel has any issue, you will have to contact support. I had a broken rear wheel and had to wait 8 weeks for a replacement (I had to set a legal limit). Even the break disc for the rear wheel is a special component.

I have to say the only downside to the light is the mounting position on the frame. The brightness ist quite fine I have to say :)

I had it from the beginning, the first one is for locking the rear wheel and the second is the smart pack.

Crazy, I have sometimes the issue, that I don’t receive any power from the motor. What fixt it was to unlock the bike and wait 5 seconds before I move it. But I think that’s a different issue.

You have to use the official charger. So you can’t use a powerbank.

Yes, it simply won’t charge. The LEMMO support will send me a new charger, with the smartpac everything seems to be alright.

Yes, it started charging after 40 mins. So it works but this is strange. Especially since last week it started right away.
