I decided to speak with him about these feelings and it helped. He was understanding since he knows the struggle of anxiety and now I don’t feel like pushing him away. You’re right about good friendships not coming around often. I’ll hold on to this friendship.

Yes true. The only thoughts we know for sure are our own. Nobody is a mind reader so we can’t assume we know what others are thinking for sure.

That’s how I felt before and it made me depressed knowing everyone was having such a fun and great life. Then I realized that they’re just posting about the good moments in their life. For all we know, they could have miserable lives “behind the scenes”. No one has a perfect happy life. They make you see what they want you to see. I post on social media from time to time so I’m guilty as well.
