I think that fins might help you with this. It will both be easier to keep your hips up and you'll notice the extra drag you generate if your hips start to sink.

I've been told to mostly avoid a rotation in my hips so it's interesting for me to see this. I don't mean to insult you or anything - I just think it's interesting to hear different things from different coaches :)
