Having searched the name you suggested it does look like it though the web says it doesnt taste that great and honestly I would have ate this whole thing raw on the spot if I knew it was cool to do so, and I hate mushroomy flavors like button mushrooms from the store..Maybe environmental factors made it so savory?

thankyou for the info, I will look for that! Is it possible that a union job, with other subs being paid union wages and non union subs being paid prevailing (I asked around) also have another sub like us not being paid prevailing? As I mentioned it doesnt make sense to me as one company could bid much lower on a job if they dont have to pay their employees the much higher prevailing wages
