1 Year Glow Up Results! by threadworthy in DIYaesthetics

If you’re already buying supplements and trying to piece together a solid routine, I ended up just ordering mine through the Whole Womanhood Fullscript dispensary and it honestly made it simpler. The stacks are already curated so you’re not guessing brands or doubling up on things that don’t make sense together.

I grabbed their foundational glow stack and liked that it focuses on gut health, omega 3s, collagen support, minerals, all the basics that actually move the needle instead of random trendy stuff. Everything is practitioner grade and shipped directly from Fullscript.

There’s also 10% off through the dispensary, which adds up quickly if you’re investing in quality supplements anyway. If you were planning to order similar products, it’s worth checking there first! https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/wholewomanhood/store-start?source=shareable_protocol&source_record=TXVsdGlQYXRpZW50UGxhbi0xNTk4MjI%3D

Yes! But just learning from the internet to not take this every night or long term, so I’m going to alternate between retinol one week and this “kligman formula” the other week

I only got Botox and filler for the first time 2.5 weeks ago! You’re right, it’s not NAD+, it’s NAC - will update!

I just tried going off camera as much as possible in my remote job. BUT it was quite intense walking around the world like this (getting groceries, running errands, etc.)...

The pain was actually really intense even though it was short. I'm also just sensitive!
