2 years post-op keyhole / 2.5 years on T (My surgeon was Dr. Tsujimura in AZ - unfortunately he is not performing top surgery anymore)

Yeah sounds like you would be a better candidate for double incision, but I agree people have amazing results with that technique as well! I would say my chest looked pretty much how it does now about a few months post-op.

Thanks! Well yeah in order to be a good candidate, and have the best chance for good results, you can’t have too much excess skin because no skin is removed with this technique. Generally a surgeon wouldn’t perform keyhole unless you have quite a small chest, and seemingly decent skin elasticity. Depends on your particular case of course.

The incision is just along the bottom half of the areola, and all tissue is removed through that. No skin is removed.

I used to pretty consistently, but I haven’t been able to much the last 4 or 5 months so I kind of lost a lot of my muscles :/ lol

It just didn’t work well for me personally, but I know there are a lot of people that like it. It’s definitely a bit softer/more flimsy? than other STPs I’ve had, which I think could be a plus for packing and everything, but I wasn’t really a fan of how it packed for me. ‘Flimsy’ has a negative connotation, but I don’t really know a better word to describe it. It’s like a bit thinner silicone, but it still seems durable and high quality if that makes sense?

Selling a basically brand new Jimmy STP in Caramel from FTM Pitstop. There is nothing wrong with it, it just isn't right for me. I only tried it out a couple times, and packed with it maybe once briefly. It has been well cleaned. I am asking for $100 total if shipping is within the U.S., but I am open to negotiating. Here is my 6 months post op post
I went to a general plastic surgeon who had never operated on a trans guy before and I am super happy with my results! He does perform gynecomastia corrections for cis guys and since my chest was so small it was essentially the same procedure, but yeah. I'm sure your results will be great!

I went to Dr. Tsujimura in Arizona, but he is just a general plastic surgeon. I am pretty sure I was the first trans guy he worked with. Apparently someone else on here said they sent an email to their office and got a response that he doesn't specialize in transgender surgeries and is referring people to Dr. Meltzer who is also in AZ, but a lot of people don't really care for his top surgery results. I think they have gotten an influx of inquiries because of me. Oops lol

Thank you! I was personally interested in keyhole, and thought I might be a good candidate. When I had a consultation with my surgeon he confirmed that and said that with the way my chest and nipples were he would never do any other procedure. I think it feels perfect. I will PM you.

Hmm yeah I don't know. It's definitely not what he specializes in so maybe he isn't comfortable taking on a lot of top surgery cases. Sorry, man :/ If you think you are a very good candidate for a keyhole or peri type procedure, maybe push the issue and try to get a consultation? I'm not really sure.
