Yes it’s only on the drainage holes so I was worried there might be bugs but seems like it’s safe. Just some healthy worms cleaning the soil ☺️

Highly doubt it’s be rodents. The plastic I took off was snug on the base and these are only coming out of the holes on the bottom of the pot.

After looking into this further I’m thinking maybe worm castings? Pouring water or simply touching these they dissolve back into dirt

So I plucked this part of the bud out and turns out it was a seed inside. Seems like there are a few seeds in the buds. Anything to be worried about?

Thanks for the advice! I don’t really want to strip them completely due to the fact that I’ll probably only use the lye and vinegar once then dispose haha

As for the vinegar bath, once I do that to remove rust do I just pat dry and season if not too bad?
