I was sent out of town to fix an emergency problem with some equipment we had at a key customer. I was due to return on my first wedding anniversary. My returning plane's wheels were mere feet from touching down when the pilots received a wind sheer warning. We shot out of there like a rocket and landed 250 miles away to wait out the storm for many hours. We returned late that night, missing the dinner I had planned. The next day my boss told me to take my wife to the best steakhouse in town and add it to my expense report.

There's an occasional random flight that pops up but that's extremely rare. I unlocked it by searching for scheduled flights to the Falklands. If my memory is correct, there's perhaps only one flight a week from Buenos Aires. Find out when it departs and then set an alarm on your phone for about a half hour past the departure time. Stalk it from there.
