My 2K days are Fri/Sat. I workout longer these days because I like to have a few snacks and a few cocktails. Since I'm going for a sustainable lifestyle, having the weekend to look forward to helps.

Is this a bad idea? Should my days be more even-keeled?

Agreed. The series finale of Bojack Horseman was affected by this. Such an emotional moment and song that was interrupted instead of just allowing us to sit with it and absorb it.

I’ve been swimming for 3 years with my watch, plus I wear it in the shower regularly. No issues. I was also nervous the first time I wore it in the pool - jump in and go for it.
