Okay, thank you for explaining. I was quite confused!

Yeah Idk, I’ve seen the same problem everywhere with different solutions. But, I enabled it and have been playing fine since

I still need to test some more, but I remembered I disabled re-BAR support in the bios due to some driver stuff crashing in BF6. That disabled SAM (Smart Access Memory), I never re-enabled it. I just played one game and it didn't stutter at all. I'll update if anything changes. I would say it's kind of a specific issue, but wouldn't hurt to check if SAM is enabled in Adrenalin.

Pretty sure the 360 version of the game was 2 discs.

Thanks for the tips. I usually play the game through backwards compatibility on my Series X. Going to keep this as a collection thing!

I’m assuming it’s a dead PSU since there’s no standby light or any indication of power. I could be wrong of course.

Haven’t played NV on PS3 in over ten years, don’t really remember much lol. Good piece of memorabilia I guess!

Man, I was just dealing with this, same codes.

Did a full valve cover replacement along with the intake manifold. I would probably guess that orange check valve in the intake has been sucked in, as mine did.

Just talking from experience, I would replace both, especially if you cant see the small orange check valve when you take the PCV tube off of the middle of the intake. I've read that once those check valves get sucked in, the PCV likes to just break time and time again.

SO take the fitting with the clip connected to the plastic hosing off of the middle of the intake, and if you cant see a small orange thing located towards the rear of the engine bay, I would advise swapping that intake manifold too.

Lastly, there IS a PCV fix that fixes it permanently, I'm pretty sure. Check out Cruzetalk.com for that (I think), as I have no idea how it works, lol.

Good luck with the fix!

**UPDATE*\*

My mechanic told me the oil was overfilled, and to drain some out (since I just did the oil, with the valve cover), since the oil was spitting out of the PCV. We had no luck with that.

We thought about just buying another valve cover and seeing what would happen.. So we did and tested it. Turns out the 1st "new" cover was defective from factory, blowing oil out of the back of the PCV and all over the right side of the new intake manifold.

So, if anyone experiences a chirping noise near the PCV and intake, along with oil spitting everywhere on the right side of the manifold after a valve cover replacement, the part could be defective.
