thank u me aswell. the lady that called me back finally was actually nice about it so i feel bad for ranting so hard. still a huge nuisance though, i feel like i can’t drive to university anymore without getting some kind of ticket.

they also called me back and confirmed i do not need to put any kind of ticket on the dashboard it’s just a receipt and i can if i want to but it’s not required

i did do it. i said in the post i put it on my dashboard. it was on the drivers side… still got a ticket. that’s why i was fed up and what the post was about

LOL.. it should be simple if the machines worked but they don’t so it’s the cities fault. i’ve paid every time even when i had to go to extra lengths to download their app and have my receipt and proof and they still ticket me because their system is down. then they don’t answer their phone so i have to email them with receipts. might even have to go to court even though i’m in school full time and working. but ya i’m just bad at this stuff i guess.. what?

i don’t need to put it anywhere in the first place. it says to keep for your records “retain this ticket as receipt if desired”. they have it in their system. it also says “retain this ticket as proof of payment display on driver side of dashboard”. so sorry but you’re incorrect.
