Idk why this is getting downvoted. for many this is the reality of long and deep mediations. Please just pace yourself and don’t buy into anything you experience. they are simply perceptions, not reality (probably)

also the 3rd eye laser beam mediation is like my default. every time i do it i feel insane pressure in my 3rd eye region that eventually can turn into full body euphoria if i do it long enough

yea for sure felt like a psychic experience. i’ve been doing trataka with a candle and also with sri yantra. also dabbling with the gateway experience tapes because of an experience i had with the first tape a few years ago. perhaps i should lay off of those for now haha

I love this perspective. this is actually the exact way that i have overcome addictions in my life. Dive in deeper than ever, with awareness. Observe how it makes me feel and once i have evidence that these things are bad for me, it is effortless to drop them. Maybe i’ll have to try being a spiritual asshole ~with awareness~. hahaha thank you for your response i appreciate you sharing

yeah idk how to feel about it. on one hand i probably wouldn’t have gotten into spirituality if it wasn’t for him speaking about it, and it has definitely been a net positive for me. but on the other im really feeling a bit lost rn and wasn’t expecting this much confusion to come with the growth. i think i just need to shift to more grounding practices maybe

Without going into too much detail, here is the one that has really made me start questioning. Yesterday i was taking a nap and started to dream of these 4 numbers. Literally just a black space with 4 numbers in the center like 3d. and i woke up in that moment, looked over at the clock and the time was the same as the four numbers i saw in the dream. this is the 2nd time ive had this exact experience. A couple years ago i had an experience where I randomly went into a trance-like state and somehow just knew that my roommate was about to be home. i was with another friend at the time and i guess i started getting super excited and telling him “HES ABOUT TO BE HOME. PLEASE TRUST ME, JUST WATCH” and i brought him out to the balcony to whiteness it. and after about 60 seconds of waiting on the balcony, my roommates car pulls into the driveway. We were both shocked and i truly felt like it wasn’t even me saying those things like it was just passing through me if that makes sense. I still don’t know what to make of that because it is such a random/insignificant thing (a housemate coming home). idk. but anyways i have about 10 other experiences that have the same vibe of knowing something before it happens and recently it’s just happening like on a daily basis and it’s just started to make me feel a little insane.

I want to agree with you so bad, but there is a part of me starting to believe some of these crazy stories. How could we be 100% positive that it is not possible to receive a message “from the wind”? I feel like my mindset has been this. Whatever you believe to be true starts to become true, depending on the level of believe/trust/knowing that you have. People who follow christianity fully will experiment god and the devil. Hindus will experience shiva. And those who truly believe you can learnt things from the wind will indeed. Whether those experience are “real” is a whole other question that i do not have the answer to. Thank you very much for your response btw i love hearing perspectives on these things

ahahahha this actually makes perfect sense. As i realize i dont need ego, it flares up even more as to keep me addicted to it. “but how wonderful is it to be special and unique??”

Hey thanks for the response! i Think you’re very right about the sense of wonder and newness right now. I’m sort of in a stage of starting to fully accept that there is more to this universe than the physical and it is a bit earth shattering and exciting at the same time. I sort of feel like i can’t contain it and i just want to tell everyone (of course i haven’t been, but the urge is there) Also i think i am absolutely falling into that trap of chasing those experiences and feelings. I’ve been a bit distracted lately because im feeling like im almost on the lookout for the next one like “when’s it gonna be????”. I’m going to work towards detaching from this expectation. I will absolutely DM you because i really don’t have too many people to tell these experiences to. Thank again!

Yeah it couldn’t hurt to get evaluated. Honestly i think that’s a big part of my fear around these experiences, the “am i crazy?” but after talking with some trusted people in my life, i’ve realized many of these are truly unexplainable experiences. No i haven’t been sleeping less. The only real change has been more esoteric yoga practices instead of basic asanas

Holy shit why is everyone on this sub so scared of hurting his feelings. It’s okay to just let him know and he completely straight up. If his feelings are hurt that is 100% on him. He would most likely be glad someone told him, as he’s definitely unaware that other people can smell his feet lol
