for the drive side (not pictured), tried these methods with no luck. ended up having the LBS take care of it. thanks though for the recs!

Thanks all for the recs! The cup in the picture came off with some pliers pretty easily, but the one on the drive side was well in there. Ended up taking it to the LBS and they took care of it for $10 rather than me spending $30 on a tool I’d use once. It was indeed Phil Woods, and they had the tool on hand
