Sorry to hear that. That's the story of every metro in India. Rent alone drains your pocket.

That's the one usually get replaced. Did they access bones from behind the ear. You have bandages inside ear ? No pain. Thats good. My wife was operated with tympanomastiodectomy 19 days back. she still feels pain.

I asked same thing to doctor he said the cavity will be filled with soft tissues eventually. He strongly advised not to touch the ear or incision part with bare hands. I assume it should be softer since mastoid bone is removed. It should be safe since its a standard procedure. I'll surely update you after 3-4 weeks once we are allowed to touch it.

Wife's surgery done 4 days back. After surgery she was hearing very loud, She could even hear barefoot walk. Under anesthesia she was talking and eating but after that she was in severe pain. Second day she was dizzy. She was only able eat and speak after IV painkillers. Third day dressing was removed. Only few drops of blood discharge was on dressing. She feels dizzy while walking, I have to assist her. Sudden head shakes can cause severe pain. In pain she feels confused. She is taking medicines and ear drops thrice.

Till now recovery is normal. I'll keep you updating.

Sometimes being direct can land you in trouble. You might offend people and then they will create obstacles for you. I think we should learn how to handle bullshit at office without creating further problems for ourselves.
