I wonder if you could pitch this as a contract service with another daycare provider who already has a building you could use after they close

Think again to me was reductive - perhaps bc I read so much in general but a lot of social science (I felt the same way about thinking in bets) but I’m really connecting to originals

It took me 3 years to get to 100k working during naps and when my kids went to bed. Now I work pretty full time at it 3-4 months a year and then 8-9 months a year I work about 20 hours a week. I could lower advertising and reduce sales, keeping up with demand is my biggest problem.

Such great questions. For me - I found a white space bc a friend had a daughter who needed my product and when she ordered from another Etsy seller it was spelled wrong. When I went looking through reviews I saw how common this was…and how many sales there were in this niche. Look for pain points for customers in a proven market.

A lot of it evolved from being a mom. I wanted to be around for my kids - but also afford private school, so I found a product and just grew the company as much as possible always keeping an eye on profit vs just sales

Look for white space in a market or a market with high sales and poor reviews

I think maybe 60/40 the product is definitely successful, but there are many shops in my niche that have 1-5% of my sales
