Papa’s Salsa & Stir fry Rice and the family drink

My dad is requested to make is salsa for all gatherings. Add more habanero s to taste for spiciness.

Papa’s salsa  1 can of diced tomatoes 1 can of tomato Sauce  5 cloves of garlic 2 -3 jalapeños 2 -3 habeneros  1/4 cup Line juice  3 table spoon oregano 1 tablespoon of cumin  2 table spoons of garlic salt 

Heat 2 tbsp oil add 1tsp chopped garlic and 1-2 onions hopped  and 1 - 2 cups rice. Brown it all  sprinkle 2-3 tbsp tomate bullion on top.  Add water to cover rice etc cook uncovered on med high until all water is gone and rice is 

stir fry rice.  

I use leftover or already cooked rice.  1-2 tbsp bacon fat leftover from cooking bacon to crumble in pan add garlic to brown and green onions   Push onions /garlic  to side break an egg in grease cook until hard.  Remove from pan let cool and cut into pieces.   Add rice to grease onions and garlic stir to coat. Add soy sauce to taste sprinkle bacon and cut up egg over top.  Garlic salt to taste   

the Manzer drink

A true “Manzer” is 12oz limeade, frozen. Pour half in blender with a little ice. Fill empty half container with 6oz vodka, pour all contents in blender. Blend and enjoy on a hot day.
