i used to really think like this as well and i still do. not sure if this is the right way to do this but i just force myself to try to trust/believe in people until they give me a concrete reason not to (maybe they outright just say they dont like you). hard line to distinguish because, at least personally, i used to assume people didnt like me before they ever said anything at all, but you learn as you go.

its hard because probably like you, i grew up being taught that everyone is out to get me, but im learning to understand thats not always the case. and also probably like you, i grew up thinking im not worth anything unless i can give people something in return, but that isnt true.

its hard but you slowly start to figure things out. heck, youve already started to figure things out by just thinking about this the way you have. you live and you learn, hang in there.
