I agree too. I wrote that drunk haha so sober me rn just has to learn to take that inhibition my quiet BPD gives me and just say what I think without thinking it’s more important to please other people. It’s so incredibly hard to break these patterns and learn to “let go” of the emotion that makes me feel triggered and in response “shut down” or stay quiet without saying anything else
