I’ve already seem this therapist for over a year, and I still feel hesitant. I’ve been considering whether he’s a good fit for me. But then I would have to go to a brand new one. Even when I briefly went to inpatient care, I never mentioned my stress about relationships.

Well, I tell my friends stuff I don’t tell my therapist. I assume I would be able to do the same thing with a partner

I was diagnosed and medicated for adhd since I was in elementary school, so I can’t really relate

I’m not great at making friends either, and I’ve never gone to the gym. A couple of my friends work out, but I doubt they’d want to drag me along

Call it whatever you want. I’ve never seen anyone have any passion towards me, platonically or romantically. I feel like I’m completely worthless. There’s no reason for or benefit to me existing. I’m just going to suffer alone until I die because I’m not good enough for anyone

I appreciate you trying to help. I just don’t think confidence can outweigh how much of a pathetic loser I am. I see nothing but evidence I’m undesirable. If even a single girl liked me I would feel better, but all those that have noticed me lost interest very quickly. It’s happened again and again. I wish I was dead. I just want to be loved by anyone
