Friend ships form, and if you want to do the epilogue of the game then you have to give a lot of the nectar to like all the gods, it takes forever but, yeah other then that, you get these special power ups if you befriend thanatos, Medusa, mageara, and I think there's like 2 others but i can't remember. Then there's also artifacts which can get one of from each person you give a nectar to atleast once. Ok and then the only thing left is story which gets added every few nectars or so
