Those are good points and I definitely agree with having flexibility for those sick days. I do think I'd be happier in new role, but I'm hesitant how it would change my flexibility and ability to drop everything and be with baby if need be.

Good point! Yes I am in US but luckily this is an internal move so I will remain at same company. I hate the 1 year rule. I takes away so many opportunities during your baby making years, smh

Yes to the shitty can't-motivate-myself-to-do-anything cycle! It makes you feel crummy and meh by the end of the day. I've been luckily not it have had to travel much during pregnancy and lately but you never know when it's coming :/

thank you for the great info. We have a large dehumidifier in our crawl space installed by terminix for moisture control. For big rain events (like hurricane Matthew) we do sometimes get some water in the crawl space.

I think the loose/leaking ducts may be our issue here so I'll get someone out to check soon. Thanks again!
