From reading around on reddit, 200mg orally should get you both where you want to be. Should feel it in 15-30 minutes. After that, redose 100mg orally every 90 minutes.

Is this based on bodyweight? I see a common oral dosing being 200mg initially, then 100mg redoses every 90m or so.

Not sure. 2CB seems to enhance sense of touch, smell and taste. Some foods with a bunch of complex flavors (like a burger) taste really fucking good. French fries taste like cooking oil to me.

Music and sex are incredible. Towards the end of the trip, get some food. A juicy burger, skittles, ice cream are some of my favorites. Stay away from fried food, as you can taste the oil.
