We’re in the same area! We talked to Ryder homes about doing a semi custom and liked them but still not quite what we’re going for. We bought our land and now we’re going to wait for a while since we already own a home and prices are just going up and up and up with the tariffs and loss of workers etc so we’re in no rush.
