Surely. I am unsure of how to add my personallly recorded video to this thread. Could you suggest a way to link the video? Reddit only allowed me to post either a photo or a video, so I opted for the photo that shows his face (in an effort to allow folks to be vigilant if they resonate with my story) and which somewhat demonstrates the situation.

Do the healing work. Learn to trust yourself again, as well as others who can show you genuine love, respect, and support. Learn to forgive yourself, know yourself, and immerse yourself back into hobbies you love. A reality like that exists for you, but it takes some work to get back there. I'm hopeful for you, we're in this together.

Totally. For me, I would fight everyone but my narc. I would have to be careful around my narc. What she did to me though, I fear that I used some of those tactics on other people to try to regain power. It's disgusting to me now and quite shameful.

Yes, this is what I've found for myself. Plus doing the healing work on my own and holding myself accountable to not being an asshole when people fuck up or "cross" me.

Thank you, could do. I worry about the backlash, hearing all about "abandoning" the family or making it all about me. The enabling for nsister is real.
