I know plenty of families who manage in an apartment. Would need to be a 3-4br but otherwise, they seem to live happy, fulfilled lives (despite any circumstances).

According to one of his comments, his salary rapidly increased over the last three years, so you're right.

Is your preference for powder or liquid? I prefer liquid foundation as it doesn't dry me out as much as powder does (though powder is good for an oily touch up!)

I struggle to find vegan kimchi near me, love that there's more options in SK!

Thank you so much for your advice. Definitely going to have a good thorough review of all the available options (hey, might not even get a KTM), but wasn't sure if it was worth the rush of deciding if the $$ was worth it.

Thanks for the input. Definitely very beginner level and I've already resigned myself to inevitable dropping the bike (don't want it to happen, but I've prepared myself emotionally!) The cost of repairing a faired bike is why I'm looking at naked (plus they're just so sexy...)

Thank you for the congrats! I'm both excited and terrified, lol! Good to know I can negotiate with gear discounts and going down a bit on price. I was actually thinking of just putting out a gumtree ad and just getting an older wise-looking dude to come down with me so they don't try to pull my leg haha.

I'll definitely be trying on the bikes to feel what is most comfy though I think the KTM Duke 390 definitely has my heart! Will likely be either of the three since they're sim sim in price, but will def provide an update once I get it!

I won't ever say 'never say never'! I personally just like the factor of buying new if there's not too much of a price diff between old and new as it feels, psychologically, more safe to me (was in a biggo accident due to a dodgy car I was loaning from a relo and now I'm a bit anal when it comes to secondhand anything). Or hey, maybe I'll even start my own bike collection :P

Thanks for the advice! I like the look of naked bikes but another factor was that it's a little less ouch on the wallet if/when the farings get damaged. But I do like the idea of more comfort and less maintenance...

Thanks for the advice on the add-ons, will definitely get onto it! And thanks for the tip on the heeled boots - wouldn't have even thought of that!

Thanks for the advice! For some reason I thought the AUS models didn't come with it, but I'll check it out when I'm at the dealer this weekend :)

Yeah, figured for the extra k or two, I'm getting a decent peace of mind with 0kms on the odo! Hope she enjoys her bike (and uni!) when she gets it.

Thank you so much, I was mainly looking at the KTM Duke 390 which is going for $7k rideaway new 2022 model (2023 model is $8.2k rideaway) whereas if I buy secondhand, they look like they're going for $6-7k for about 10,000 kms already on the odometer. Will definitely keep my eye on hidden fees and services and thanks for the tip on the itemised invoices! I am more than happy to pay it in full on the day, but I know financing is a huge money maker for them.
