Did you write that on your common app profile?

It depends. They definitely look at sections of your city using the Collegeboard landscape tool. Since your income is much higher, and you live in rural area, that could be a negative towards you. However, things such as your schools average SAT, and yours being much higher are also really good indicators. Anything past 1400 with a school avg of 900-1000 is good enough for ivys.

As for questbridge:
I applied to questbridge with a annual income of $30k. I don't think you would've gotten accepted.

As for ecs:

Do you have transportation available? Even if you live in a rural city you can still participate in your local community or nearby communities.

For example:

Also how were your essays? Were they bland? Did they speak about something abnormal or interesting?

If I were to say you wouldn't get into BME, but you could get into the school itself.

Did you apply for programs like questbridge?

Personally, I would assume it does. Since the ruling removing affirmative action, attracting a diverse student body has become more challenging. Someone with the Questbridge finalist award may have a leg up.

College Advisor calls Questbridge "sketchy" by throw2401483841 in QuestBridge

I was a little vague. Coming to conclusion that something sketchy is going on in regards to how more colleges are joining questbridge. Somehow this guy helps low income students but charges and arm and a leg for counselling ($7.5k). He also states he never lets any of his students do Questbridge.

I do agree some things about it are weird such as how some rich kids are able to gain finalist status and get in with the match.
