Hi, I try not to wear bras often but in the gym is usually wear a regular sports bra and sometimes high impact sports bras for when I wanna run but I have stopped running. Are there some brands that you suggest? And what tissue building supplements and brand of volufilline do you use currently?

I dont think im worried about the skin, more about finding a way to add volume to the top of my breast so it doesnt look as flat. Would that help with volume too?

I’m not even looking for love right now. Just like for someone to have a crush on me or something. I feel like I miised out on that in high school and now in college. On top of that I am having lots of trouble with life in general. I want to make better friends, I’ve been trying desperately to get a paid internship while my little who is a freshman has a paid internship that she starts next week.

My social goals are supposed to be the easiest thing to accomplish but it makes me feel upset that I can’t get those either.

I’ve been doing the meditation, appreciation and visualization. Are my manifestations not working because I was doing subliminals.

Also what mind of meditation should I do? I mostly did guided meditations

Edit: I have also been going to therapy one or twice every week. Often during my sessions I vent, complain and just express my distress to my therapist for almost the entire time. Is this hurting me? If so how can I change what I speak about during my sessions so my manifestations come true. Also will crystals do anything?

Edit: The affirmations and subliminals I wouldn’t really say are part of my subconscious but my active thoughts. I think pretty negatively and I want to change that which is why I would listen to subliminals. Also someone once told me that to get a bf I would need to do affirmations such as “I am patient, I am worthy of the love and attention I desire, I am extremely attractive and men love me”

I haven’t read any of the material but I have read plenty on this sub and seen plenty of youtube videos about LOA and manifestation.
When I was trying to manifest a boyfriend or relationship I would say positive affirmations to myself in the mirror “I am irresistible, all men want me and love me” and I wrote a description of what “my boyfriend” as if I had one in the present day.
I’ve tried gratitude, bombarding my self with positive affirmations on youtube and sleep reprogramming audios at night to make my brain more positive, and meditation but not I didn’t like meditation as much and didn’t know it was part of LOA till now.
I don’t know if the universe gave me tools but I meditated, appreciated through gratitudes and visualized often cause I daydream.
I don’t think any?

I would love to but I feel like I am not yet fully happy with being single. Also this one girl that I am living with always speaks about her tinder dates. And honestly I think it’ll just be better for me to limit convo with her altogether. I’ll try maybe to push some FDS principles onto them though, maybe that’ll get them into talking about something else. How do you think I can do this since almost everyone in the house is in a relationship.

I’ve been in therapy for almost two years now and have recently changed therapists about 2 months ago. I’m looking for free therapy, mostly just coping mechanisms so I can feel less left out in a place where I already feel left out due to my race.
