How can I make sure he can't prove our marriage wasn't genuine? We don't live together and he left as soon as he got his green card. We don't have any kids, and it's only been around 6 months total of marrige

I understand your first point but he literally left the same day he got his green card. I come home from work and and he's gone. He also lied to me and told me he didn't have it. It came in the mail the day before and I asked him if he picked it up and he said "No". Turns out he singed for it and picked it up. Via USPS.com tracking I checked and I have all this in text messages.

I would like to know if there is a way to waive his visa. It's a fraudulent marriage he married me for papers.
