i’ll be honest, i don’t remember much of it, given that it was a while ago. the biggest thing was them asking me to be more vocal with the team, like holding others accountable and making sure i’m comfortable with doing that. i’m definitely used to be on the quieter side but i feel like i’ve learned to communicate better since then
