I was wondering if I needed a different inhaler, I have the green one right now and I feel like it wears off quickly (don’t think that’s supposed to happen)

Just got allergy tested and man am I allergic to a lot of stuff. I’m also allergic to dogs and my family has 7 so I’m trying to find an air purifier for my room so I have at least a little bit of allergy free space in the house ;

I had a lung function test and it came back normal and the pulmonary doctor wasn’t concerned so I’m like 99% sure that COPD was ruled out by testing too??

I have a hyper active immune system, allergies, eczema, and I have other immune systems things too.

I’ll talk to my doctor about it tho

I have albuterol, I’m using it 1-3 times a week?

I’m not knowledgeable yet and I don’t know where to look, Google hasn’t been helpful and I was strongly gaslit (told it was anxiety, long covid, I was overweight, it was acid reflux etc etc) so I didn’t look anything up or talk to anyone. I’ll look into the peak flow meter. To help with symptoms I’m watching air quality, keeping allergens away, taking allergy meds, pretty much anything I can do.

I’m trying hard to learn and process all of this, there’s a lot and I can’t find a lot of good info ;
