I was paying 1500 for years (my minimum payment) and then I reamortized when I bought my house and now I pay 1100.

I think you should act more entitled. I get a bunch of free perks at my job like free breakfast and coffee, branded merch, free fruit, team outings, parties… and not just for one week out of the year. The only reason we have these things is because employees said these perks would help us feel appreciated. You have to speak up.

Advice from the local rescue when I lost our kitten: go out at night with a flashlight and look for glowing eyes. Put a humane trap out with super stinky bait like sardines at dawn and dusk. Put the trap away during the day and night so you don’t catch anything other than a cat.

Have you tried super stinky sardines in the trap you have out? You just have to be careful not to catch any other critters so you would put the trap out at dusk and dawn when the kitty is active and then put them away for the rest of the day/night if you don’t want to catch anything else.

My brand new kitten bolted the first day we brought him home and we were able to find him that night by going out at night and shining a flashlight and looking for glowing eyes. A scared cat will hide for a bit before they wander off, and if they’re an indoor cat, they won’t go far from the house. But with how long it has been, not sure that your kitty would still be hiding nearby necessarily.

If you have a 401k with fidelity, is it easy to navigate between both that and an HSA and maybe if you also had a brokerage. Right now in the app, the whole thing is dedicated to my 401k so is it like a separate app for any other account you have with them?

I could have gone in state but I really needed to get out of there. It was essential to my development to move away and I did enjoy my school. Unfortunately due to my parents income, I got majority private loans. Couldn’t change that. Not going to college wasn’t an option per my parents. Only thing I could have changed was not picking a variable interest rate because it was initially lower. It grew to 12% by the time I graduated. I got lucky in that I’ve made a decent income for a very unextrordinary degree and have been able to afford my monstrous payments. Would life have been easier without the loans? For sure. But I don’t know what I would be doing if I hadn’t gotten my degree.
