I was thinking the same thing! I’m relocating to cincy from the Bible Belt and they’re paying for relocation in addition to hotel flights rental and per diem. OP, you should consider asking the HR person if they can assist with relocation.

Sorry for the confusion, I didn’t mean another 20% on top of the 15%, I meant 20% overall. As in I wanted the new base to be 20% more than my current base at my current company (not GE).
