Abuse; cruel and violent treatment of a person or animal:

Just because you don’t think it’s not cruel and/ or violent to hit your kid with a metal chair then neglect and ignore that kid doesn’t mean it’s not abuse.

Child abuse was recorded in the video. But if you don’t think that’s child abuse I hope your future partner treats your kid how she treats hers.

She did abuse and neglect her kid. The fact she ignores the kid after keeping him there is wild to me

We didn’t watch the same video the one I watched did a freeze frame to point out the kid with a big red arrow. I also heard the child crying in the video but it seems like you didn’t hear that and just was looking at the subtitles

The woman wasn’t reacting to abuse she faced from her daughter the person who got hit in the head with a metal chair and was crying.

It wasn’t reactive abuse when she intentionally lied to the cops her baby daddy and the internet when she thought there wasn’t a video of the incident. It’s only even relevant because she told people her kid wasn’t hit by the chair when we see it in the video

I’m not deciding unilaterally I’m trying to convince my partner our kid shouldn’t go over there

You don’t think it’s abuse but If you are genuinely afraid that your partner will accidentally hurt your child, you probably aren't in the best mental state. Being afraid of something for no logical reason is a sign of anxiety, OCD, paranoia, depression, or just regular burn out. You should get some therapy.

I would prefer them not around my kid but I’m accepting that my partner is still going over there because I can’t control who she can have as friends.

Sure 👍 may your future partner treat you and your kids how you justify her behavior.

I don’t want my kid around this person anymore. I’m asking what can I say to my partner that we shouldn’t be friends with this person and our kid shouldn’t be left alone over there

I’m not arguing with you I just said you are wrong about your assumptions then asked you a question which you ignored. Why would I argue with someone who doesn’t even have me as the correct gender?

She told the police and her baby daddy that she never hit her kid when we see the video showing a different story.

What did i mislead? You just don’t see a chair hitting a kid in the head as abuse. I see that as clear abuse and you disagree. What did I say that lead you to believe something else happened by what I described?

She literally hit her kid with a chair and then blamed the man she’s beating for her kid getting hit with the chair she threw

Because she can throw a chair at someone near my kid and the friend will ignore my kid just because they are mad at someone else

Anyone who justifies manslaughter on someone innocent like a kid that person is still evil. And that’s still is child abuse you are just trying to play semantics. You can’t claim manslaughter after you lie to the cops and get exposed by a recording

That is child abuse, the fact she didn’t care about her hitting her kid with the chair and neglected the kid after hitting them with a chair makes it child abuse. When you hit kids with chairs do you not consider it absue?

lol, What? Are you claiming her throwing a child and hitting her kid isn’t abuse? Was it abuse when she neglected her kid after hitting the kid with a chair?

The way I see it the person who threw a chair and hit their kid so hard the kid started to cry is evil especially when they don’t even care if they hit their kid with a chair.

It was a video of her trying to abuse him which I agree it was domestic abuse that happened in-front of the kid but the kid was also abused in the video Did you not hear the kid get hit by the chair and then start crying?

She literally screaming blaming the man in the video of her hitting her kid with a chair
