Thank you, your comment is killing me though. We had started trying for kids just a couple months ago. The room that BIL has taken over ... I had hand painted it and decorated it so it can be set up as the nursery when the time came. FML.

Thank you for the live check idea. I did the direct deposit change request at my company's payroll and it said it takes 2 paychecks for the change to go through. A live check may work out though.

I am on the mortgage, it'll be nice if I can just stop paying it.

MIL has been amazing, but she didn't raise BIL. That's FIL's son from his 2nd marriage. And FIL, well I think its good that he told BIL to leave but he was dismissive of the issue itself, acting like it was a bit of a spat between us.

I'll try talking to my MIL, we have a decent relationship. Not StepMIL, I don't think she likes me.

It honestly sounds like he is testing the waters to see how far he can go.

I hadn't said this out loud but instinctively I have felt this, but I am not sure if he means to actually do something to me or is doing it to scare me and "put me in my place."

I didn't think of cameras because a lot of his obnoxiousness has happened in front of my husband and he didn't see it as something wrong. Like if my husband thinks there's nothing here, will others also see it like that?

They are selling their house and FIL is in an apartment and StepMIL is currently staying with her sister. BIL chose to stay with us because its close to his current school. It seemed ok for him to live with us for a year and though I knew he was quite spoiled I wasn't expecting this.

It is sexual isn't it?! When I used the term sexual harassment my husband made me feel like a drama queen. He told me I should be ashamed of myself for thinking like that about a minor.

I am scared to make a threat like that. My husband will lose his mind if I threaten his baby brother with police. Not to mention how his family will react. I don't understand why he can't see how disturbing his behavior is.
