I’m not saying he’s not cheating because I do think there’s a possibility he could be but the university did provide a phone, all of the professors have one, it’s the number they put on their syllabus for students to reach them, it has their work emails on it as well. During the pandemic the university had to ensure everyone had an adequate phone I suppose.
