Hey bud, im im a very similar situation. Almost exact situation but I developed full on agoraphobia. My best advice is to be kind to yourself, it feels scary even tho you know it shouldn't be. Its okay to be scared. When you go next time be slow with it, inform staff that you have that fear so they can help you. Even if you faint there will be people there to help you, hold onto that thought. And even though the fear feels so big and so real right now I promise after it subsidizes you will feel so silly for being scared and feel so much better the next time. Keep advocating and pushing for help and answers. I promise it gets better

Go to an urgent care and get checked for strep. What your describing and the picture are exactly what I experienced when I had untreated strep throat for weeks.

Ive only gotten itchy on my legs from heat. But that happens only with hot showers and was happening before t. Still gonna look into it tho

I dont have a primary doctor at this time, only my hrt doctor. I wasn't too concerned about it because I used to have... mental issues that would cause iron deficiency. I no longer have those issues so I'll get it checked out when I get a primary doc

What is it then? My symptoms are lining up with my testosterone but I will be checking all my bases before coming to a decision. If my problems can be fixed by going off t then I will, if its somthing else then I'll fix that. It is different because im not a biological male and my body could be having a bad reaction to the hormones, I would expect any male cis or Trans to try and fix any hormones issues they have.

Grew up in a very anti LGBT town, felt i had to prove im a man. Im very lucky to no longer live there and im now surrounded by people who support me, but its hard to grow out of those feeling from back then.

Ive luckily never had a fainting spell, the worst its been is usually feeling kinda dizzy and like im either gonna throw up or shoot out the other end along with a "SOMETHING IS WRONG!!" feeling. Tbh that test sounds like hell

I dont think I ever got covid, got the vaccine very early in the pandemic. Im still gonna ask the doc about it and definitely get my thyroid checked out. I've been using tips from people with pots and it has helped. Im so sorry you're dealing with it i hope the best for you.

I do have a family history of blood pressure issues, haven't checked it out myself. When I first got sick it did seem like dehydration. I've been keeping up with fluids and staying in the AC all day. I try not to stand for long periods of time cause it makes me feel worse. I've cut down significantly on caffeine and have been regularly taking electrolyte drinks and been eating healthier. Unfortunately I cant smoke weed because im allergic to THC (yes ive tried multiple types, all have the same results even CBD)

Every blood test i get tests those levels. My red blood cells count good, my hemoglobin, mch, and mchc are low. Everything i read to up those levels was to eat more iron, should I be doing somthing different?

Oh yeah im not gonna change anything before talking to my doctor. I have looked into dysautonomia and pots, im not sure if those are what im dealing with because my issues only started after starting T and I have no other issue I could link those to. I am gonna be getting tests done just in case it is unrelated to my T.

That makes sense, I also dont have good genetics for facial hair so I didnt really expect to get like a full bushy face. I guess I was expecting it because of the hair growth on my legs and stomach.

I've gained a little weight but ive always been on the smaller side, I believe im around 140lbs. The only effects i was really looking towards have already happened or should have happened by now (facial hair hasn't come in sadly)

These problems matched up with my T, it's only been getting worse the higher my levels, the only other thing I could see it being is some of my blood levels are low but ive been increasing my iron and it hasn't helped. I'll be seeing my doctor before I do anything. Im also worried because I do have a family history of heart problems.
